Customer service jobs and companies?

with one comment

I am currently a flight attendant and I’ve worked for the same company for 15 years. I am interested in changing careers but I have no college so my choices are more limited than if I had a degree. I like the idea of customer service over the phone (I deal with it face to face everyday). I’m wondering what type of companies are the best to try. Benefits, pay, etc.
I don’t mind doing some training for a new career but going to college right now doesn’t interest me.
Anyone have any advice?
