Do you think it is worth paying an internet-listed ‘headhunters’?
There are many of these headhunters who displays lists of well-paying jobs for a senior executives like myself but i consider the fees a bit big without the promise of a sure job to get. I do not mind paying the subscription but they must, at least, give commitment to really help find a nearly match job. After all, they will be charging fees from their client-companies, also, for any applicants who are hired through their matching efforts
I personally know an executive headhunter (conventional, not internet), and he gets paid by his client (the company looking for the executive) not by the applicant. His job is to find an applicant that matches his clients desires. To pay a headhunter to put in an application is a pure scam.
